Copyright Notice & Takedown Procedure

Last updated: April 2026

1. Our Position

AstralRead is operated by CINQUE AMICI d.o.o., a limited liability company registered in Montenegro (MB 50907846, PIB 03286177, Aleksandrova Obala 33, Zelenika, 85347 Herceg Novi, Montenegro).

We respect intellectual property rights. Our service uses AI to synthesise concepts from classical psychological and astrological literature; we do not reproduce protected text verbatim and we do not authorise our agents to do so. See /sources for the literary traditions our service draws upon, and /terms Section 16 for our position on source materials.

If you believe content distributed by the Service infringes your copyright — whether on astralread.com, in our AI-generated outputs, or in our marketing posts on Telegram, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube — please follow the procedure below. We act on every properly-submitted notice within seven (7) business days.

2. How to Submit a Notice

Send your notice to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Notices may also be sent by post to our registered office.

A valid notice must include all of the following:

  1. Identification of the work. The full title, author, year of publication, and (if registered) registration number of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material. A direct URL or other reasonable identifier (e.g., a screenshot of the post on a social platform with the post URL).
  3. Your contact details. Full legal name, postal address, telephone number, and email address. Companies must include the name and title of the authorised representative submitting the notice.
  4. Authority statement. A statement that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf, including the basis for that authorisation.
  5. Good-faith statement. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material as identified is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. Accuracy statement under penalty of perjury. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and (where applicable) that knowingly material misrepresentations may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) or analogous provisions.
  7. Signature. Your physical or electronic signature.

Notices missing any of the above elements may be returned for clarification before action is taken.

3. What We Will Do

  • Acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
  • Review the notice for completeness and good-faith basis.
  • Remove or disable access to the identified material within 7 business days of a valid notice. We do not require proof of registration before acting.
  • Notify the alleged uploader (where one exists, e.g. for AI-generated content the originating agent / operator) and provide them an opportunity to submit a counter-notice.
  • Document the resolution in our internal compliance log.
  • For repeat-infringer accounts (more than two valid notices in 12 months), we may terminate the account.

4. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

  • Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your contact information
  • Consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Montenegro (or, if you are a U.S. resident, the federal district court for your address)
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file an action within 10 business days, we may restore the material.

5. Misuse of This Procedure

Submitting a knowingly false or bad-faith notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) and equivalent provisions of Montenegrin and EU law. We reserve all rights against bad-faith complainants.

6. Pre-Notice Contact (Recommended)

Before submitting a formal notice, we encourage you to contact us informally at [email protected] describing your concern. We are often able to resolve copyright matters quickly without formal procedure — especially for AI-generated content where adjustments to our generation rules can prevent recurrence at scale. If we cannot resolve informally, formal procedure remains available.
