AstralRead provides AI-powered astrological and psychological consultation services. The Service computes natal charts based on astronomical data (Swiss Ephemeris) and generates interpretations using artificial intelligence trained on classical astrological and psychological literature.

The Service is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

• AstralRead is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided by the Service.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design, software, and AI-generated content — are the property of AstralRead or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 9. User Content

By submitting content (such as chat messages and birth data) to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You retain ownership of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Prohibited Uses

• Your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Any decisions made or actions taken based on AI-generated content.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information.
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including but not limited to Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law).
