1. Overview
AstralRead is operated by CINQUE AMICI d.o.o., a limited liability company (društvo sa ograničenom odgovornošću) registered in Montenegro (MB 50907846, PIB 03286177), with its registered office at Aleksandrova Obala 33, Zelenika, 85347 Herceg Novi, Montenegro. We want you to be satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for subscriptions purchased from AstralRead.
All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, Inc., a Delaware corporation acting as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Refund requests are reviewed by AstralRead and, when approved, processed through Lemon Squeezy.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription to any AstralRead plan (Family, Pro, or Pro+). If you are not satisfied with the Service within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund for any reason — no questions asked.
The 14-day period begins on the date of your first successful payment. The guarantee applies to the first payment only on a new subscription; it does not apply to subsequent automatic renewal charges (see Section 4).
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the 14-day guarantee, please contact us through one of the following channels:

Please include your account email address and the date of the transaction. We typically review refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, the refund is processed by Lemon Squeezy and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (exact timing depends on your card issuer or payment provider).
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Automatic renewal charges beyond the first 14-day window. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. You can cancel at any time through your account — access remains active until the end of the paid period.
- Subscriptions already fully consumed. If you have used a significant portion of your monthly allowance (e.g., all included consultations) we reserve the right to decline a refund, except where required by law.
- Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first. If you dispute a charge with your card issuer without giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue, we may decline future service.
- Add-ons and one-time purchases (e.g., Claude AI Pro upgrade) once the upgraded service has been used.
5. EU Consumer Rights (14-Day Withdrawal)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, the European Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) grants you the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
Important digital content exception: By purchasing an AstralRead subscription and using the Service (for example, running your first natal chart analysis or asking the AI consultant a question), you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the Service and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Directive.
Our 14-day money-back guarantee (Section 2) is more generous than this statutory right, because it applies even after you have used the Service — as long as you request the refund within 14 days of your first payment.
6. Cancelling Your Subscription
Cancelling a subscription is separate from requesting a refund. You may cancel at any time through:

- Emailing [email protected] with the request
After cancellation, your account remains active and you continue to have full access to your current plan until the end of the paid billing period. No further charges will be made. You can re-subscribe at any time.
7. Technical Failures and Service Unavailability
If the Service becomes significantly unavailable or malfunctions due to issues on our side (extended downtime, data loss, or inability to deliver the features you paid for), we will issue a pro-rated refund or service credit for the affected period at our discretion, regardless of the 14-day window. Please contact support with details of the issue.
8. Disputes and Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our handling of a refund request, please contact Lemon Squeezy directly at [email protected] — as Merchant of Record, they are able to review the transaction independently. Consumers in the EU may also refer the matter to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Changes apply only to purchases made after the update — prior purchases are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
