Consent to the processing of personal data

By registering at astralread.com or signing in for the first time (by email, Yandex, VK, Google or Telegram), I freely and in my own interest consent to the operator — Viktor Balakirev (Виктор Балакирев), c/o Aleksandrova Obala 33, Zelenika, 85347 Herceg Novi, Montenegro, [email protected] — processing my personal data on the terms below.
1. What data
Email, name, password (as a hash); birth data — date, time and place; gender if I give it; the charts I create for myself and (with their consent) for people close to me; my questions and chat messages; my Yandex, VK, Google or Telegram profile ID and name if I sign in with them; purchase data (plan, amount, date — no card data); technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies.
2. Why
To create and run my account; to calculate my natal chart, transits and compatibility and prepare astrology and psychology answers; to keep my conversation history; to take payments and manage my subscription; to send service emails and notifications; to keep the service secure and improve it.
3. What is done with it
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the processors in section 4, blocking, deletion and destruction — automated and manual.
4. Who receives it (on the operator's behalf)
- Contabo GmbH (Germany) — servers and the database;
- OpenRouter, Inc. and Anthropic, PBC (USA) and the AI model hosts — only the question, chart data and recent messages, never the email or password;
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — protection and delivery; Resend (USA) — emails;
- lava.top and NOWPayments — payments (email, amount, order number);
- Google (Analytics, sign-in), Telegram, Yandex, VK — if I use their sign-in; Google Analytics — aggregated visit statistics.
Some recipients are outside my country (cross-border transfer): Germany, Montenegro, the USA and the other countries listed in the Privacy Policy.
5. What we don't collect on purpose
The service does not ask for health, religious or political data. If I mention such things in a question, it is used only to answer that question; it's better to leave such details out.
6. Duration and withdrawal
The consent lasts until my account is deleted or I withdraw it — by writing to [email protected] or by deleting the account (how to delete your data). After withdrawal the data is deleted within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep longer (e.g. payment records).
